I want to work hand in hand with you to make your goals, plans and, supports that apply to aspects of your life. In our sessions, we collaborate on every aspect of this work.

Neurodiversity and LGBTQ+ Affirming

As an AuDHD queer individual myself, I wholly welcome others who are in this community and validate these aspects of your identity. We will work together to help you build a life that celebrates and engages these aspects of your identity!

Body Doubling

Do you find that having someone present with you, even virtually, helps you be more productive? Do you find that being able to chat while working, and knowing someone is there with you, helps you work? That is what I call body-doubling. I act as a quiet partner online, while we both work virtually side by side. We are both on zoom, simply getting our work done together, holding each other accountable for finishing our work. Cook, clean, write, while I am here to support and check in.

Time: 1-3 hours, depending on schedule

About Me- Sarah Kirchick- BA, MA

Sarah Kirchick is an queer AuDHD individual looking to use their prior skills and training to help provide for the community. Sarah graduated from Brandeis University with a BA in psychology in 2021. At Brandeis, Sarah wrote several research papers on the subject of neurodiversity, which can be found here. After graduating, Sarah began her clinical psychology doctoral training at William James College, but decided to leave the program in 2024. During this time, Sarah wrote more articles and research papers, which can be found here. Sarah left William James College with an MA in clinical psychology and is currently working towards an MSW degree.

I have worked in many areas of mental health, advocacy, and community engagement, including:

-Crisis hotline volunteering at Samaritans.

-Working in school contexts, running social groups for students with ADHD/ ASD.

-Aiding in programming at MGH Aspire, a service provided to teens and adults with ASD.

-Tutoring for neurodiverse students of all ages
